I'm a clinical psychologist who provides individual therapy to adults managing anxiety, mood changes, stress, health challenges, and life transitions.
You may have a clear concern, or may simply feel that life is harder lately. Wherever you are, I’ll make sure to listen carefully and work with you to figure out what might help.
Sometimes you know something isn't working, but can't seem to figure out why—or what to do differently. Therapy can be a space to understand what's happening, identify what's keeping you stuck, and work toward meaningful change.
Managing worry, sadness, stress, overwhelm, and other pressures of everyday life
Coping with a new diagnosis, a chronic illness, or changes in functioning
Understanding what gets in the way of rest and healthy routines
You're the expert on your life and experiences. My role is to offer psychological expertise and guidance, and to partner with you to find the best path forward.

Physical and mental health often interact in ways that can be hard to separate. As a clinical health psychologist, I help people make sense of these connections and find practical ways to support both mental and physical health—whether that means adjusting routines, managing stress, changing unhelpful patterns, or adapting to changes in health.
Therapy should be informed by the best available evidence, tailored to each person. I am grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy and also incorporate mindfulness-based approaches based on your needs.
The goal is not only to understand your challenges, but to translate that understanding into action that can help make a difference.
You don't need everything figured out before reaching out. We can start by talking about what's been going on, what you'd like to change, and whether working together might be a good fit.
